Ops Team

Sales, Marketing, Support and Operations - our Ops Team brings a work hard, play hard(er) attitude to every day. We’ve answered the bell in support of greater than 300% year-over-year growth while putting our customers and partners first - because we know every second counts. Our role is to bring product to market, to support our partners, and to ensure every player, coach and team has the tools they need to compete at a championship level with the best tools available every day.

  • Ops Team Openings

    We’re looking for the next team player to help push our brand to the next level and our incredible story to the next chapter - as we build our billion-dollar brand.

    The Teammate, High School will focus primarily on outside sales & support - cultivating new basketball team partners by providing ScoreBreak solutions across the club, high school, NCAA and professional basketball space.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Identify potential team customers at the individual team and program level.

    Schedule product demonstrations.

    Manage sales pipeline using ScoreBreak’s CRM.

    Work alongside the Director, Business Development to ensure proper new customer administration, invoicing, quality assurance and renewal.

    Work alongside the Director, Partner Solutions to ensure proper customer training, onboarding and support.

    Attend ScoreBreak sales, promotional and marketing events - as needed - throughout 2022 and beyond.
